In 2 Mai 2007 un incendiu devasta mare parte din distileria Chairman's din St. Lucia. Datorita lipsei de spatiu pentru depozitare, au fost nevoiti sa puna butoaiele unde au gasit loc, descoperind astfel un lot de butoaie uitate. Expresia Forgotten Cask este o editie limitata, bogata in arome de condimente, boabe de cafea si cacao, artar si vanilie.
