Una dintre cele trei expresii ale trilogiei Whistler, Irish Whiskey & Honey Liqueur, este rezultatul unei colaborari firesti intre echipa distileriei si producatorii de miere din familia Boann. Cele mai bune loturi maturate in butoaie de bourbon si finisate in butoaie de sherry sunt infuzate cu miere produsa in livezile proprii.
Calitatea mierii a fost premiata in 2021 cu distinctia de cea mai buna miere din lume, iar in acelasi an a primit premiul pentru cea mai buna miere irlandeza din lume.
ASPECT: Auriu, stralucitor.
MIROS: O explozie de arome dulci din fagure de miere, caramel, migdale zaharisite si note inconfundabile de whiskey irlandez, intens, maturat.
GUST: Pe papile vine aroma calda si corpolenta de whiskey, urmata de vanilei cremoasa si caramel. O textura cremoasa, echilibrata de miere si distilatul maturat cu ecouri de stejar.
FINISH: In final aduce mai mult din taria blend-ului de distilate, apoi note de miere si alune indulcite.
